Just a few days till I start DVW

I am only a few days away from starting the third trip to Death Valley. This promises to be a little more extreme in terms of temperature than the two prior. Going from 14k feet to 1k should force me to experience a wide range of temperatures and environments. I still have preparations to finish off. I would like to enter critical route information into my GPS and shop for a few small supplies. With only a few evenings left I need to buckle down and finish these dangling participles.
